About

Hello! I’m Courtney

Wife, dog mom, & wellness coach

Iโ€™m a nature-lover and passionate believer in doing things the natural way. When my brother was diagnosed with cancer, my family began researching treatments. After we discovered that cancer can be cured with nutrition and lifestyle, this information started us on a new journey of removing the toxic substances in our lives. Now, I want to help you do the same thing.

When Iโ€™m not researching natural products, you will find me spending time with our dog, gardening on our patio, enjoying a good smoothie, and decorating our home.

I am a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, and completed this education through NutraPhoria Integrative Health Institute. My background is in interior design, naturally stemming from my deep appreciation for natural beauty. I understand the importance of creating a healthy living environment, and believe that everything can be both functional and beautiful. This is the approach I take in both interior design and when selecting healthy products for my home and yours!
