Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper (optional), then wash and chop veggies.
Place veggies on baking sheet and add the oil and seasonings. Toss together with clean hands (or use a spatula if you prefer). Adjust seasonings if needed depending on the amount being made or your personal preference.
Bake for 12 minutes. Taste and add more salt & pepper if desired. Enjoy!
